Gathering, processing and personal data
When a customer visits our website, they are not required to register any personal data. We do not record any personal information and are not able to connect data directly back to users. Personal data is completely voluntarily registered during the purchasing process, when creating a new account, or when registering for our newsletter. Any data collected during the ordering process will be locked from further usage and deleted after a valid expiration time, as established in tax and trading laws, unless the customer has agreed to further usage of data. When subscribing to our newsletter, a customer’s email address will be stored for distribution, until the customer unsubscribes from these emails.
Personal data forwarding
A customer’s delivery information and personal data may be forwarded to our transport company to deliver goods. Payment data will be forwarded to our provider to process payment, and take place through a highly secure data connection. No personal data will be used or forwarded to any other entity.
Before being transmitted, credit card information and data is encrypted with SSL v3, SHA-1 with RSA-encryption of 256 Bit, issued by The USERTRUST Network. We are dedicated to protecting our website and other systems with the aid of technical and organisational arrangements against loss, damage, access, change or unauthorised distribution of your data. Personal passwords will be required to access customer accounts, and we ask that users exercise precaution with any login data and ensure the browser window is closed when communication with us has ceased.

Facebook social plugins (“plugins”) are utilised by this website and are operated by Facebook Inc. 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins are identified by a Facebook logo or the words “social plug-in from Facebook” and “Facebook Social Plugin”, and users can click through to find an overview of Facebook plug-ins.
If a user requests a page of our website that contains a social plug-in, the browser will establish a direct connection to the Facebook servers, and directly transmit any relevant content that is incorporated in the website. Plug-ins are integrated directly to Facebook and the information that corresponds with any accessed pages is stored on the Facebook server in the USA.
If you are logged in to Facebook, the server will recognise your visit to our site and assign it to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, (eg “Like” a message or leave a comment) the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there.
